Customization

Turn a design request into a supplier-approved specification.

Customization depends on product construction, tooling, quantity and the selected manufacturing partner. We coordinate feasibility, samples and signed approval before production.

Procurement workflow

What happens, what gets recorded, and who approves it

01
Scope

Define exactly what needs to change

Customization can affect technical feasibility, visual tolerance, packaging and cost, so each requested field is separated and reviewed.

  • Panel size, thickness, profile or construction
  • Color, film, embossing, gloss or surface pattern
  • Logo, label, barcode and carton artwork
  • Accessories, edge details and packing configuration
02
Feasibility

Match the request to a current supplier option

Drawings and artwork are reviewed with a suitable supplier before commercial terms are offered.

  • Material and process compatibility
  • Tooling, plate or film requirement
  • MOQ and sample-charge confirmation
  • Production and approval lead-time review
03
Approval

Approve physical and digital references

The approved version should be identifiable and suitable for order follow-up.

  • Drawing number and revision control
  • Color sample and viewing method
  • Artwork dimensions, language and barcode content
  • Signed specification or retained sample where agreed
04
Change control

Protect the approved version during the order

Changes after approval can affect price, timing and output. They require written review before implementation.

  • Record buyer-requested revisions
  • Reconfirm cost and delivery impact
  • Update inspection references
  • Confirm artwork use and confidentiality requirements

Information that helps us give a useful answer

A product link alone rarely defines construction, finish, packing and destination requirements. Include the following where available.

  1. 1

Base product code and target order quantity

  2. 2

Dimensioned drawing or marked reference image

  3. 3

Physical color sample, RAL reference or finish target

  4. 4

Vector logo and print-ready packaging artwork

  5. 5

Destination, target date and required approval sequence

Buyer questions

Frequently asked questions

Can every product be made in a custom size?

No. Feasibility depends on product construction, line limits, tooling and quantity. The selected supplier must confirm the requested size.

Can you match a color from a photo?

A photo is useful for direction but is not a reliable final color standard. A physical sample or defined color reference and an agreed comparison method are preferable.

Do custom products require a higher MOQ?

They often can, especially when custom film, tooling or printing is involved. The exact MOQ and charges are confirmed with the selected supplier.

Can you add our brand to the product and cartons?

Private-label options may be available after artwork, quantity, application method and intellectual-property authorization are reviewed.

Next step

Request a customization feasibility review

Send the base product, drawing, finish reference, quantity, destination and artwork. We will identify what can be confirmed and what requires a supplier sample or tooling review.
